Lots of holes

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 483387.

Lots of potholes all the way along our lane. Very dangerous and cannot see them when wet. I fell off my bicycle yesterday and needed hospital treatment because of the state of the road.
