Manhole outside no 44/ 46 Station Road, Alford

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 483424.

Damaged or badly fitted manhole cover in the road which is making a lot of noise when traffic goes over it, causing a lot of irritation to nearby properties- wasn't noisy before so I'm worried that there is a structural issue which could be very dangerous as this is a major road and very busy with HGVs and caravans

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
