A15 roadworks

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 483544.

Traffic management company driving slowly in the road with 4 way hazards on, as we go to overtake, without indication, the traffic management lorry turned right in front of us causing heavy breaking. My wife has a hurt shoulder from the seatbelt, that is how hard the breaking was. This needs alerting to the company as a very near miss and lessons need learning, if not we would be safer on the roads without them.
