The water is coming down the hill in front of Grantham Bowl traversing across the pavement on to the road and running down towards the entrance of Home Bargins retail park. It has been happening for 3 weeks and never stopped irrespective of rainfall. This has been reported before but you have said the it has been fixed but it hasn't.
