Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. Whilst we are aware of the ongoing surface water issues, the County has received a large amount of rainfall in a short space of time and as such we are having to prioritise flooding sites which pose a risk to life or significant risk of internal flooding. Thank you for reporting this matter.

Perfect timing for a reply when we're experiencing rainfall. That doesn't detract from the fact this drain has been blocked for years. Perhaps clean it and it would cope with drizzle better?
