Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 484552.
The lower railing has, I would imagine, been hit by a vehicle and are now protruding dangerously into the carriage way which could result in damage to vehicles in the vicinity. A red and white cone has been placed to alert drivers of the hazard but inspection and repair is required please.
