Junction Carr Road, South Street, West Street, Middle Street
Reported via desktop in the Standing water covering more than half the road category anonymously at 11:07, Thu 28 December 2023
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 484696.
Reported numerous times before and is an issue that highways know about but DO NOTHING! This area always floods with heavy rain to the extent that it is several inches deep and goes quite a long way down West Street and across the junction of the 4 roads. The ducks use it as a pond so as well as the water risk to vehicle's, animals are also a hazard. We pay our council tax in the villages as well why do you refuse to address this problem?!

This is a serious problem that I have reported 6 to 7 times over the past 5 years...but still nothing has been done with the blocked drain. If the council workers want to contact me on 07801 746555 or knock at our door [The Beeches] I will show them which drain requires digging out, this needs to happen as a matter of urgency before a child or a member of the public are seriously injured by the farm traffic as there is no footpath either side of the road.
