Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 485048.

The light doesn’t work. It is surrounded by ivy. This has been like this for months now. This is the only light source for us and it’s essential we get it working.

We have reported this twice and both times you’ve said it has been fixed and it hasn’t.

    This is the third time of reporting this problem. You people keep saying it’s fixed well here’s a clue, if it lights up it’s fixed. Street light next to number 32 The Drove still not fixed.

  • We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

  • We’ve had a look at the street light and found that it’s not working because there’s a problem with the power supply. We’ve reported this to the electricity board. Once they have fixed getting power to the light we will re-inspect it and schedule any further repairs if necessary.

  • We’ve been to the site and investigated the issue. We couldn’t get this sorted just yet and more work is needed. We’ll keep you informed about how this progresses.
