This is a repeat complaint, issue like report ref number 484574, County Council and Dist Council need to work together to solve the issue.The photo shows a built up of debris built up over a time and underneath it is a gully pot that is blocked by now thus sending debris into main pipe which in turn then means cant take heavy rain thus floods.Could you write to residents at 5 Boultham Park Road and explain whats going on
