Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 485392.
Morning, Following report number 482944.
Works to temporarily unblock the dyke were carried out pre-Christmas break but there is still the issue to construct the Headwall that was damaged when a tractor turned over.
The works carried out were only temporary to remove surface water but the underlining issue is still there.
It appears to me that a new Headwall needs constructing and a proper clear out of surrounding soil to aloow water to drain effectively.
