Unlit keep left bollardat eastern end of Mill Drove
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 485469.
It has lost 90% of it's reflective material, this was first reported in September and was wrongly quoted as completed, despite me advising of this nothing has been done to repair it since.
