Blocked drains – standing water – safety hazard – water running into private property. I will take it that any non-action by yourselves I will result in LCC reimbursing any costs or expenses to damage/flooding or remedial work to my property caused by that inaction. This has been reported on a number of occasions over the years and is getting worst.
