Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 485615.

Flooding West St/Middle St/Carr Road/South St - deep water especially on West St which is now a danger to vehicles and pedestrians. This is getting worse every time we have heavy rain, there is no footpath on large parts of the area and it is poorly lit if anyone has to go that way after dark. ‘Danger flooding’ signs have been put up in the last hour but this is not addressing the problem which has been reported over and over again by local residents!
