New properties built at end of Eastgate
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 486320.
Signs on new properties say 'Residents Parking' which is untrue of these properties which have a half width layby on the public highway, Inference private parking and this is not private parking so it is misleading the public. Developers have unnecessarily continued to fence of the layby for many months now despite the completion of the building work to retain their supposed preferential layby usage for buyers who will think they have this exclusivity that the do not. Signs should be removed.
