I have already got a report number from 24/10/23, 4187500. Water entered the house on that occasion, and it is starting to seep in again.The walls in the living room are turning black and the floor is constantly damp. We have heard absolutely nothing from you and no investigation has been done. The water continues to pour under the gate and verge bringing mud and debris from your highway. The drive is covered in slurry and the tarmac drive is breaking up. I think we've been very patient, please do something!

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Why have we closed this report? We cleaned this areas drains in the last year and our last inspection showed that they are working well. It’s worth noting though that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains like these can be overwhelmed. If the problem happens again but in less extreme conditions then please report this to us and we will investigate the issue again. Thank you for reporting this matter.
