Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 486410.

O/S 26 - 24 Charles Street, Louth, LN11 0LE. Customer states that the drain outside properties 24-26 is blocked and the main issue with this is that after the rainfall debris was washed down Hawthorn Avenue and is accumulating around the drain so the customer is concerned when it rains again the debris will further clog this drain. The debris needs moving and the drain unblocking.
