Junction of Dysart Road and Dysart Way

Reported via desktop in the Flowing water, no risk to life or property category anonymously at 13:13, Wednesday 10 January 2024

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 487832.

Hi we have a site on Dysart Way. We have loaded HGV vehicles coming to the junction of Dysart Road and there is a lot of water at the bottom which in this weather can get icy. it appears to be coming from some kind of leak from an area a 100 yards to the left as you come down the junction. The vehicles we operate are HGV's and we are just concerned that in cold weather there may be bad ice on the highway and the vehicles may slide on the ice.

I believe this was reported in the summer from someone else and works are going to be done in 2024, but it is this time of year where it is most dangerous. plus it seems to be fresh water that is being wasted from a leak.

Thanks,
