Outgang Road Langtoft Fen. From Pocket Park towards Bluebell Cottage approx half to three quarters of a mile there are various places where vegetation is closer than 1 metre a d actually up to/on the road itself.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 487930.

I have provided photos previously in Aug 2023 under ref 4185082. This has been closed but the issues have not been dealt with. It is even more dangerous along this road as vegetation has continued to grow and will soon be covering the road. I believe it should be one metre back and in many places this is not the case. Please before there is a serious accident can you arrange for the verges to be cut back or action those who are responsible.These areas are on bends on some cases.

  • Good afternoon this is not resolved you have a photo of a road repair from a different location. The overgrown vegetation is still a significant hazard in many points along Outgang Road. It is difficult on bend and vehicles are forced onto wrong side if road to continue and risk of collision remains Please send contractors to cut back or I will attempt myself with any tools I can lay my hands on.

  • Please can you confirm when the road will be cleared to drive down safely. There has been some vegetation cleared but still not far enough back. The road is still not passable safely.
