Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 488186.

Replying to your response at this address. This IS an on going problem, every time we get rain the road fills the road. We regularly clean out the gulley so we know it's the pipe leading away to the dyke, the fact that the pipe is 4" and is around 120m long doesn't help. You have cleared it out a few years back but this fine silt causes the problem. We do hope you can clear it like last time. Kind regards
