Bridleway between B1176 (Corby Glen to Swinstead) road and byroad to Swayfield

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 488533.

Going from the B1176, the path across the second field down the hill has been ploughed up & seeded and the path not re-instated. This has happened numerous times before. Can any pressure be brought to encourage the farmer to re-instate the path without the public needing to report it?
