We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve assessed the road condition and – whilst it has deteriorated it does not yet require further action. This section of the A16 is inspected monthly, and there are currently no defects which meet intervention level. If the fault deteriorates significantly then please report this again to us and we will investigate further. Thank you for reporting this matter.

This is a massive pothole. It has been there over a month so how you've missed it I don't know. I'll keep reporting this until you admit fault.
