Entrance to Manby business Park

Pothole with about a foot of exposed pipework on the main road into the business park. This entrance is used frequently by HGV accessing business, cars, cycles and pedestrians. Obviously the exposed pipe is in danger of breaking as it's being driven directly over very regularly. I'm assuming it's a water pipe. I understand it's already been reported but think this needs repairing as a matter of urgency.
