Multiple reports of black ice
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 488871.
Repeated reports of black ice on this bend as drop into Toft. Can anything be done to improve the gritting regime etc. There is also a spring that seems to constantly trickle water which exacerbates the surface issue in cold weather, especially given the lack of direct sun due to trees and sheltered aspect. I believe there was an accident here last week due to black ice and today reports of black ice have been made from 17:00.
