The water lies outside our houses when it rains, constantly splashing up out houses causing damp. Last year a engineer came out and said the drains outside our house lead no where? This is a constant problem for our houses

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

Just to advise that i have reported this issue for the past 2 years and on each occasion you have sent out your work team who have told me the problem is not a blocked drain but the drains outside our properties leads to a dead end? resulting in the water not draining away and damaging the road surface and our houses.
