Exits and roundabout in a poor, potholed state and havent been resurfaced for 8+ years

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 489182.

Potholes on roundabout, potholes on entrance to and exit of roundabout. Road surface separating. Generally in a poor state. Assessment and report required as if a cyclist or motorcyclist comes off here I imagine there will be serious consequences. Road has not had any major work in 8+ years. Feel free to upload when last major work was carried out (bodging pot holes doesn't count) also lines required on roundabout to split lanes up.

You resurfaced (or put grit down) on the A16 nearly up to roundabout but stopped some yards/metres short; result is now VERY dangerous especially for cycles. Also around the S-bend area a little further north the 'new' surface is deteriorating at an alarming rate as it was ALL DONE last summer 2023. Very poor workmanship.
