Outside 29 south street water enters house as drains are blocked

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 489368.

Water has gone from the property now but rainwater drains need to be cleared asap please as they are totally blocked with leaves I see that this problem was reported in 2020 why has it taken so long
