Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 489241.

Small drain/ manhole cover 12" x 6" has split down the middle and now forms a deep 'v' shape worse than any pothole. over 6" deep in middle. due to narrow road road users may find this very difficult to avoid; in any case it is difficult to see at best of times as drivers/ riders eyes are fixed on the pedestrian crossing.
