Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 489626.

O/S 290 London Road Boston, PE21 7BA Customer states that the road outside the property is in very bad condition and the surface is very uneven. There are dips in the road and potholes causing the properties along this road to shake when heavy goods vehicles come down the road. The customer states that also, there are cracks along the road where the potholes are.
