Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 489640.
Water has entered the home and is currently in the property, the ditch on the right hand side is completely full and the ditch on the left hand side was empty. Customer states there is a blockage somewhere and they need help relieving the water.
The have had the emergences services out and they have had it pumped out 3 times but it keeps occurring, they have spoken to the surveyor from the insurance company and they have told her to contacted LCC.
