It has never been maintained and constantly pouring out water , would like someone to investigate and regular mainland’s on it

  • As you can see constantly draining despite no rain , it does this 365 days a year

  • Nathan from Anglian water has visited and states that this outfall is nothing to do with them it is not on their mapping system . This outfall is the responsibility of highways please give this matter your urgent attention as you have wasted enough time fobbing me off and it needs sorting as a matter of urgency . Also wasting other agencies time sending out engineers when you know full well you are responsible for it , thank you
