Washinborough Station House to Lincoln

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 489976.

There is 3 inches of silt, clay type mud on the cycle track all the way to Lincoln. I tried to bike it but had to stop 3 times to un seize the wheels and running gear of the mud. It is dangerous biking on the road. This has been there since the last floods over a week now. Please can this rout be swept asap.
