Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 490173.

488071 was my last report. Only ABT 10 days left before I take legal action.. My last update was the job had been given to your delivery gang. No date provided. I was informed months and months ago that it was scheduled work and nothing happen I require an update and confirmed date within the next 7 days if you don't wish be to take legal action.
