I am writing with regards to the work you have carried out on 25th January 2024. I spoke to one of your operatives who stated that the work they had been asked to carry out would not solve the problem we have with flooding outside our house because another drain would need to be installed and the other drain made higher. They have sent a report to you. The tiny patch of tarmac that they have laid this week would not stop the rain entering our drive way as the road dips in the middle and that is where the rain collects and as cars drive past they create waves and push the water into our driveway. Is there anyway that we could visit your offices and show you the videos we have taken, or could one of your inspectors visit our property. We look forward to hearing from you.
