1, 2 chapel lane outside boundary fence opposite number 6

Reported via mobile in the Bollards (unlit) category anonymously at 14:10, Sat 27 January 2024

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 490930.

The owner of 1 Chaprl Lane has put large posts up in the grass beside the road to stop cars driving on it. I do not believe the grass is her property and it has created a pinchooint for cars to get onto my property. Large vehicles do not have the space to turn into my property and cars can no longer pass eachother if they need to.

  • A quick note to let you know that we’re taking enforcement action. This type of action can take a long time to complete so whilst it might not look like we’re working on the issue, we’re being busy behind the scenes. Thanks for your patience. As this progresses, we’ll update you when we can.

  • The bollards were removed, but have been put up again today. I don't know if they have won an appeal or just put them back up without permission.
