Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 491112.
Customer states during the flooding the garden of Japonica Cottage flooded. There is clay pipe is under the old brick wall which is believed to bring water from the road into the garden. Customer has been in contact with Anglian water and they have told her its not theirs. Can this be looked into

We are sorry, we are not taking any action on this enquiry. Whilst we sympathise with your report, our records show our drainage goes through Rose Cottage and not Japonica Cottage. This would suggest the clay pipe described is not owned by us and we would recommend checking your deeds to try to determine the owner of the pipe. Thank you for reporting this matter.
