Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 491734.

The problem is it's position, It is completely insufficient for the street and in the wrong place completely. Sadly my mum broke her hip in the street due to insufficient light and catching her foot on the foot path. Also have regular times when people hit the telephone pole, at least twice a day due to no markings and insufficient lighting.
