FenRoad Various areas between grange farm and camp farm
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 491766.
I reported these earlier in the week ,today I have been advised they have been repaired, I notice only the holes outside of Camp Farmhave been repaired but not all the others leading up to it . There are many more large holes that your workmen will have driven over to repair the ones at camp farm , what about the rest on the road leading up to there ,are these going to be repaired also asitsbecomi g quite dangerous trying to avoid them, thamkyou

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

Please see attached the email I tried to send this morning …. my husband has just hit one of the pot holes along fen road on his way to work which has completely ripped his tyre , resulting in him now not being able to get into work . There is so much water along fen road due to non existent drainage , which I have mentioned before , which then resulted in him being unable to see the pot holes . This road is in an awful state of repair and needs immediate action both with the pot holes and the lack of drainage . We will be forwarding the cost of the new tyre to the council as we have repeatedly reported the issues with the road

It is now the 16th April 2024 and there has still been no action to repair the potholes and they are getting worse. Will it take an accident to a cyclist or car user for the council to take the appropriate action and repair all the potholes in Fen Road/Long Drove?
