Outhouse of building at junction of Croppers Lane and Church Road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 491810.

The house here has recently had really bright security lighting secured to an outhouse. When driving from Croppers Lane to join Church Road it is completely dazzling on approach to the junction as it shins straight down Croppers Lane, can it at least be angled down.
