Fen Road/Long Drove ref 490959

Reported via desktop in the Pothole on pavement/verge category anonymously at 08:41, Sunday 4 February 2024

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 491913.

I have notification that the above ref has been completed, however this is not complete. They have filled holes from the dyke bridge to ward Camp Farm. However I had advised all along Fen road, though I maybe should have advised all along Grove Road. However the they drove all along the road over all the bad pot holes to get to the ones that they filled, this I don’t understand? If you need to meet me on the road to show you then, please let me know when you will be attending. Happy to do this. But in a nut shell all pot holes from Grange Farm onwards towards the dyke bridge and could you please advise who is responsible for the road on the right after the bridge as this is starting to break up as well. These roads are dangerous to car, cyclist and walkers as can cause harm, injury and damage. kind Regards

  • The potholes here are getting worse by the day. Nearly 4 weeks have passes since your last update and no repairs have been made. It is a serious safety concern.

  • Could you please provide a date when all the pot holes will be rectified and carried out correct so they don’t happen again, the holes have gotten worse since this was first reported and more have appeared since. It is unacceptable to leave them in a H&S condition, that could cause harm or injury to person or property.

  • Hello, could we please have an update on the pot hole filling or now road replacement sections as some of them are so large you might need to replace the entire width across. Along with many new ones that have opened up this is going to be a major project if left much later. A time scale for completion would be a good start from the LA. Regards
