30 mile speed sign

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 491929.

Approximately FOUR drains completely blocked within 25 metres of the 30 speed limit sign on the Irnham Road outside Corby Glen. Blocked with soil/mud.
