30mph signs on entry to village

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 491965.

Both 30mph signs on entering the village of Harmstono from the traffic lights on the A607 are obscured/unclear. The one on the right (North) side of the road appears to have been struck and are rotated away from view, the sign on the left (South) is obscured by tree foliage and covered in algae and so is no longer reflective. It would be ideal if they could be replaced with the ones with the larger yellow square background, as seen in Bracebridge Heath and Waddington, where the new 30mph zones have been extended. Also, could they be lit?
