Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 492241.

Your reference - 487903 I have just received an email informing "All done! The work's finished and the issue is now resolved". In fact nothing has been done at all - the situation is exactly as first reported. My neighbour said that a couple of lads turned up yesterday did nothing and left. I originally reported this as it is a significant hazard and having reported it the liability is solely yours. I would also be interested to know what the original works were supposed to achieve as apart from defacing the area and creating the hazard nothing has changed,
