Traffic Lights are only allowing 3 to 4 cars through which is causing a traffic build up.

Good Morning, traffic lights are again only allowing 3 to 4 vehicles through before changing back to red. Causing traffic tailbacks again in the High Street, we are receiving calls from parishioners complaining about the length of time to get through the High Street. Can this be resolved please.
