Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 492285.

Manhole (cover) collapsing, tarmac breaking and clumps dislodged, started mid December'ish. (think it's Anglian Water sewerage) Loud "clang" when traffic goes over, increasing last 2 weeks.
