No drain barrier

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 492382.

We have had to pull out numerous delivery vehicles from this ditch over the last 12 months. They use the field entrance to turn around and end up with their back wheels down the ditch and they need towing out each time. It is dangerous and we have had a car full of teenagers (5 altogether) with a young driver do the same. It was dark and the driver did not see the ditch. All the teenagers were very scared. We had to get the 3 youngsters out from the back seat of the car without them falling into the cold water. The vehicle was teetering on the edge and was then towed out using our Landrover.
