LCC doing nothing about a collapsed man hole cover. They keep trying to pass the buck then close the case.

Just to let you know this issue has turned out to be more complicated than we first thought. We need to take this on for more investigation. We will let you know the situation as soon as we can. Thanks for bearing with us.

Virgin Media are responsible for this issue. We have reported this to them on your behalf and asked them to investigate. A new section 81 report has been sent to virgin media requesting repair/contact with us.
