On the ally way that leads from trent road

There is 3 or 4 lights on the allyway that leads from trent road next to the primary school and one of them isn't on at all I was walking down the allyway the other morning and scratched my neck and face open because I couldn't see the blackberry Bush branch that was hanging over the fence
