customer has called to report that the works that virgin media have done has left a mess on the footpath and on the front of her bussiness

  • Not only has it made a mess of my business premises, I was not given any advanced warning and it has impacted my business. I have lost several customers as a result as they could not access the beauty salon and thought it business was shut. If I had been given warning I would have been able to warn the clients in advance!
