Pothole on road/cycleway problem

When travelling to obtain hospital treatment, my left side tyres hit 2 pot holes as I was unable to avoid due to oncoming traffic on the other side of the road.Punctured rear left tyre and broken wheel valve. These tyres were only new in August 2023 and I have had to replace.New tyre fitted along with new valve and wheel balancing.
