Again under water as it cannot flow away fast enough due to a faulty drainage. Repeatedly reported but never properly dealt with. Impossible for some villagers to leave village

4 days after the flooding the ditch is still so high that any new heavy rainfall will result in another flooding. It just cannot flow away due to the inefficient drainage

We're sending you this message to let you know that we are currently investigating the cause of the flooding, it is likely that this occurred due to a number of reasons not least the severe storms we experienced and the drainage systems being at over capacity, once we have completed our investigations we may undertake works or request riparian land owners to address concerns with their land drainage. Thank you for reporting this matter
